Rich with natural patina, original saw marks, nail holes, checking, sound cracks, and naturally occurring weathered textures, this luxury reclaimed flooring delivers a timeless old-world character ideal for sophisticated New York City interiors. Available in both solid and engineered 3/4" thick constructions, these premium planks come in random width options of 3"-6", 4"-8", or 6"-10" with random lengths up to 12 feet and are pre-finished in UV Cured Natural Oil or Matte finishes. Each project can be fully customized with bespoke options including wire brushing, hand-scraping, beveled edges, same-width planks, and end matching to create a truly one-of-a-kind luxury reclaimed oak floor.
Surfaces & Finishes
This material is offered pre-finished in either UV Natural Oil or UV Matte Oil. It features a smooth textutre with occasional saw marks.

Installation Methods
Installation methods vary depending on wood format and site conditions, but here are some general guidelines:
Engineered wood can be installed over plywood or concrete subfloors.
When planks are particularly wide, gluing and nailing is always good practice if possible.
